Description
The Academic Complex at Niagara University houses the College of Education and College of Business, combining new construction and renovation.
The three-story, 35,300 sf building housing the College of Education contains six classrooms with varying degrees of technical infrastructure; offices for the dean, faculty and student-teaching supervisors; a conference room; and related support areas. An additional one-story section houses the Centers for Literacy and Family Support.
The complete renovation of Perboyre Hall provides offices for 20 faculty, the dean and the MBA program. A two-story, 10,700 sf addition houses conference rooms; classrooms; programs in family business and entrepreneurship, supply chain management and international accounting; and a financial services laboratory—a high-tech classroom functioning as a stock-exchange learning center and lab for finance and informatics. An atrium connects the two buildings, serving as the entire complex’s entry.
