Description
This 16-story addition to an existing four-story building located in Chicago’s rapidly developing West Loop creates a modern aesthetic with a steel-and-glass façade, stainless-steel spandrels, a coated-metal grid, and unique outdoor decks on the 13th floor. Careful planning enabled continuous operation of a ground-floor switching station throughout construction.
