Description
The redevelopment of Urban Retail Properties’ Tabor Center, prominently located on Denver’s 16th Street transit mall, brought an expressive new façade to a multistory single-loaded retail center. The expansion created 20% more retail space and increased street side visibility for several tenants.
Store facades on the street level allow individual tenant expressions to reflect the character of each tenant. The complete interior renovation included the addition of escalators and all-glass public elevators and the redesign of all public spaces.
